TG’s alternative Christmas speech

Published: 24 Dec 2012

If you don't want to watch ten minutes of the Queen, why not watch ten minutes of Ken Block?

One of the best videos of the year was when our boy Kenny from the Block uploaded his latest home movie to the portal of internet that cures boredom: YouTube.

It was called Gymkhana 5 and his latest installment of tyre shreddery. Ken took his loyal hoonigan-approved H.F.H.V, or "Hybrid Function Hoon Vehicle" for a very sideways, very airborne and very smokey trip around the streets of San Francisco.

But afterwards the internet was bursting with questions. ‘How did they close off the Bay Bridge?' ‘Was the tabletop jump real?' 'How many takes did the donuts around the trolley cars take?'. Well... click the little play button below and Ken will tell you.

P.S If you've just got a new GoPro for Christmas, don't try and recreate this in the local Lidl car park.
