Life with an electric Jag: I-Pace vs winter

While dark mornings and damp leaf-strewn roads are for most people mildly depressing, the I-Pace and I are bonding over its slippery road performance. The combination of the incredibly low centre of gravity (thanks to the battery pack skateboard layout), AWD and thousands of man hours making sure the I-Pace has Jaguar driving DNA oozing from its pores, makes for a car that is genuinely addictive to drive in dank, slippery autumn conditions.

While there is a significant mass to deal with, few things could keep pace with the instant power delivery of the I-Pace and the AWD that catapults it out of corners. It’s a hugely rapid and enjoyable way to get down a B-road. A good-looking, engaging-to-drive EV... this car is a grower.
