Dodge Challenger review
Buying
What should I be paying?
The Challenger is an extremely easy and fun car to own. Built with many components used across the Dodge range, they are inexpensive to drive, service and repair. The huge cabin, big sound systems and compliant suspension make them great long-distance or entertaining daily commute cars. Economy isn’t a strong point, other than on the V6s. But the performance in all the cars more than makes up for that. The 5.7s are quick, the 6.4-liter 392 cars are plain fast. And the 6.2 supercharged cars – the 717bhp Hellcat and 797bhp Hellcat Redeye – are two of the fastest straight-line cars on the planet.
