GMC Hummer EV SUV review
Buying
What should I be paying?
The key – and possibly the greatest upfront expense – to owning the Hummer EV SUV is to install the fastest home charger you can. We know Tesla is opening up its superchargers and more DC outlets are springing up all over the place. But the best defence to range anxiety is to leave the house with a full battery.
You’ll have plenty of time to sort the charger while you wait for your SUV to arrive. The list already stretches into 2025 so, if you want one before you retire, get your name down fast.
Prices went up $6,650 last year for all but the Edition One, which is sold out. That means the base two-motor Hummer EV2 SUV is $86,645, the Hummer EV2X SUV is $96,645, and the EV3X SUV is $106,645.
