Watch: Noble M500 review - is this the world's simplest supercar?
Noble returns with a straightforward recipe: 500bhp+ V6, manual gearbox, rear-wheel-drive
That’s right. Noble is back with a simple recipe designed to make you reconsider your need for thousands of horsepower, hybrid boost, many driving modes and a paddleshift gearbox.
The new M500 has a steel chassis, a Ford engine, fibreglass panels and the gearbox from an old Audi (though it’s quite a special one). And with a target price of £150,000, this Brit upstart could be the answer to your entry-level analogue supercar prayers.
Top Gear magazine’s Ollie Kew’s taken the M500 prototype for a spin to see what’s what.
