Iron Man 3: first official pic

There is a fantastic scene in the cosmically successful Avengers Assemble movie that totally encapsulates Tony Stark, aka Iron Man.

Says Captain America: "Big man in a suit of armour. Take that off, what are you?" "Genius. Billionaire. Playboy, Philanthropist," retorts the humble, modest and self-effacing Mr Stark. Kudos, sir.

And thus, we move on to the third instalment in the similarly successful Iron Man movie franchise. That picture you see above was released this week, with a note detailing that production on the movie had begun in North Carolina. Oh, and it's being directed by Shane Black, the same man who brought you Lethal Weapon. Clearly, he ain't too old for this...

Why are we telling you all this when there are no cars in the picture? Because we want you, dear TopGear.commer, to tell us what you'd like to see the genius/billionaire/playboy/philanthropist drive in the new movie. Clearly, Stark has an eye for a decent motor. After all, in Iron Man and Iron Man 2 we got no less than an Audi R8, R8 Spyder, Saleen S7, Rolls Royce Phantom, Ford Model B, Shelby Cobra and even a replica Wolf Formula One car. In Avengers, Stark even drove what looked suspiciously like a Honda NSX Spider.

What on earth should appear in his garage for Iron Man 3? The new Dodge Viper? A Bugatti Veyron Vitesse? Mercedes SLS AMG? Skoda Citigo? Over to you, Internet...
