TopGear.com at the Goodwood Festival of Speed
For the past 20 years, Lord March has very kindly donated his front garden to the pantheon of power and speed and noise. It's time for the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and this year, it's a bit special.
That's because it's the show's 20th anniversary; 20 years of high-powered machines tearing through a garden, with a more than a sprinkle of motorsport and motorbikes thrown in for a ruddy good measure. Think of it as Goodwood's Greatest Hits album, only with less Peter Andre and much more tyre squeal. A better sound in every way, then.
This year, you can see the bonkers Peugeot 208 T16 that tore Pikes Peak a new one, a celebration of the Porsche 911's 50th anniversary and 90 years of Le Mans, Martini racing icons, the debut of the Vuhl 05, the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta from last week's show, that Jaguar F-Type-based 'Project 7', and much, much more.
We'll be there throughout the entire event, so check back on TopGear.com for all the latest.
