Is this rallyist better than Ken Block?

Published: 10 Jun 2015

Well, it's certainly better than a sponge cake and a few party balloons. Ford has decided to celebrate the 400,000th engine built in its Romanian factory with around five minutes worth of sheer hooniganism.

Yep, it's a drifty, donutting video of a Ford Fiesta RS rally car going a little bit nuts in and around the factory in question, driven and filmed in the style of Ken Block. Ford even namechecks the Hoonigan himself as inspiration, and you can see why.

Rallyist Simone Tempestini is the man doing his best Block impersonation, and judging by his Mad Skillz, he's certainly up to the task. There is wanton sliding, some excellent donuting and even some three-wheeled action.

Have a watch of the video above, and then click below for TopGear.com's complete guide to Gymkhana. Is this the man to take over Block's mantle? And how much do you want to see a drift-off between these two?
