McLaren MP4-12C news - Video: Lewis and Jenson do Goodwood - 2010
At the Goodwood Festival of Speed last weekend, Ron Dennis allowed Messrs Hamilton and Button a couple of gentle runs up the hill in the MP4-12C, McLaren's soon-to-arrive supercar and F1 successor.
Now the boys from Woking have released a video showing exactly what went down.
You might think - as did we - that, put behind the wheel of their employer's priceless prototype supercar, Lewis and Jenson might, y'know, take things a bit easy. Especially with Goodwood's reputation for depositing into a wall those who attempt to get a bit sideways. And the potential to end with a significant egg/face interaction in front of an adoring crowd.
Not a bit of it. OK, it might be a bit of a corporate love-in, but make sure you keep watching the video until the end to see the Brit lads giving it a bit of welly up the hill...
