Kris Meeke wins WRC Argentina
Good work that man. Kris Meeke - Citroen works rallyist and official Friend Of Top Gear - this weekend became the first Brit to win a world rally since Colin McRae back in 2002.
The Northern Irishman piloted his DS3 to victory in the Rally Argentina, outpacing teammate Mads Ostberg by 18.1 seconds to give Citroen their first one-two finish for nearly three years.

Thoroughly nice bloke he is, Meeke dedicated his victory to McRae, who died in a helicopter crash in 2007.
"The one guy who did most for me isn't here to see this," said Meeke. "This is for Colin. He helped my career out at the very beginning. He supported me financially through to the world championship. Without his support I wouldn't be here."

Meeke's first world rally win comes in his fourth season in the WRC, with three third-place finishes in 2014 his previous best results.
Elfyn Evans brought home his Fiesta in third spot, the young Welshman's first podium finish coming in his second WRC season. The last time two British drivers were on a WRC podium? New Zealand, 2001. The drivers? Richard Burns and Colin McRae...
