Remember when a German tuner did THIS to an Evoque Convertible?
Back in late 2016, Hamann brought this widebody Range Rover drop-top into the world
Almost six years ago, German tuner Hamann decided that what the world really needed was a Range Rover Evoque Convertible with giant wheels, monstrously wide arches and a front bumper that could stare down a stormtrooper. And who are we to argue with that? Each to their own, after all.
We were reminded of its creation recently though, and what we’d really like to know is have you ever actually seen one in the flesh? Did Hamann sell any kits? Have you had the chance to look the – admittedly fake – massive single-exit exhaust in the eye?
It’s not like you see standard Evoque Convertibles on every corner, and you’re hardly likely to miss the 80mm-wider Hamann creation if it passed you in the street. For context, those are 22-inch forged wheels on the one up there.
Anyway, let us know in the comments below if you’ve ever seen one in real life. We’re genuinely interested. Then just have a think about what these tuners are planning for the T-Roc Cabriolet…
