Bargains galore! Alfa Romeo slashes Giulia, Stelvio and Tonale prices

It's not quite buy one get one free, but still... Alfa's line-up is a little bit more affordable now

Published: 30 Nov 2023

Alfa Romeo has revised its prices for the Giulia saloon and both the Stelvio and Tonale SUVs, with the entry-level cars of all three becoming cheaper than before. Score!

The most basic Giulia has been cut by more than £3,200 - now starting at a fiver less than £40k - while the mid-spec version now costs £2,700 less than previously at £44,995.

The 502bhp Quadrifoglio's price tag has gained a few pounds (literally) however, now pitched at £78,195.

Meanwhile Alfa's baby SUV now starts at £35,995 (a drop of £4k) while the bigger Stelvio's entry price has fallen slightly to £45,595.

Alfa has also taken the opportunity to rejig its trim structure: as before it opens with Sprint and Veloce trims, but ‘Tributo Italiano’ has been introduced as the new range-topper, paying homage to the brand’s origins.

Oh, and Sprint trim makes its debut in the Tonale, replacing the Ti edition. It includes minor exterior tweaks such as black inserts along the body kit, and a darker front grille.

Veloce now comes with a few more creature comforts as standard, including four-way driver and passenger lumbar support and ambient dashboard lighting.

Lastly, the Tributo Italiano models will be solely available in red, green and white paint finishes as a reference to the Italian flag. It builds further on the Veloce with a coloured body kit outside and perforated, red accent seats inside. Sounds fetching.

Both the Giulia and Stelvio models benefit from safety tech upgrades including Driver Attention Alert and Traffic Sign Recognition, adding to the existing suite of safety systems.
