The new AM Vantage demands your wildest configurations
Digested the spec of the new turbo Vantage? Right, it’s painting time
You can learn absolutely everything worth knowing about the brand-new, twin-turbo V8-powered Aston Martin Vantage on the other side of these blue words. And you can unleash your opinions on its looks in the comments over here too.
Now, we require a noble quest of you. To apply the most ambitious, outlandish, expensive spec possible to the new baby Aston. Or perhaps you’d prefer a more tasteful, Bond-style appearance. We’re not here to judge.
Only to point you in the direction of this here official configurator and advise that the new Vantage certainly looks its best dressed up in maximum carbon fibre finery. And that you’d have to be seriously brave to select the Lime Essence paint worn by the launch car. Then again, take a gander at the ‘Q Palette'. Kermit Green (we kid you not) and Cosmos Orange are rather strong on the ol’ retinas as well.
To show the, erm, possibilities available in and indeed on the new Vantage, we’ve gone for a fetching orange and green-highlighted ensemble, with contrast-colour roof, brake calipers, and a bright-finish grille. Delish.
Inside, Boca Juniors team strip colours, with a splash of red around the centre console and seatbelts come together to form one a truly special crime against all that is fashionable and aesthetically acceptable. Consider this a dirty protest for no mention of flamethrowers and ejector seats in the options list.
Have a play via the link, and let us know the highlights of your chosen spec in the comments below. Luckily, you don’t have to use your real name.
