Join us for an exclusive tour of the Extreme E ship
With races in such far-flung locations as Greenland, Senegal, Saudi Arabia and… Dorset, the first season of the all-electric off-road Extreme E series has certainly not lacked ambition, nor impact. And at the centre of the fearsome logistical challenge to make this happen at all is this: the St Helena, a 7000 ton ex-supply ship to the isolated mid-Atlantic island of the same name.
For the last year the cars, crew and racing infrastructure have been all loaded on and loaded off at each stop, and as Christmas drew near the St Helena docked in Poole Harbour for the final leg of the inaugural Extreme E season. Join Ollie Marriage for an exclusive tribute to Through The Keyhole as we take a tour inside in the company of ABT CUPRA racing driver Mattias Ekstrom, Captain Nick and Extreme E Impact Correspondent Izy Rekiel.
