Interior

What is it like on the inside?

Brilliantly, despite being capable of powered flight, the Caravan Airship still boasts all of its caravan stuff. The flight instruments flip out of the table, the bed goes where the pilot sits (when he’s not sitting there, obviously), the gas burners are where the cooker would usually go and they can actually be used for immolating sausages.

There are a few concessions to airshippery, including a large fan on the back to blow you along, which can be intolerably loud when you give it the beans. So there’s a touch of wind noise at cruising speeds, but the ride is smooth, except for when you hit turbulence and vomit into your trousers.

The windows open fully, so the ventilation system is one of the best in the business, although you might occasionally trap a sparrow.
