Buying
What should I be paying?
Exact prices haven't been finalised as we write, but Omoda UK is saying we can expect £32,500 for the Comfort trim and £34,000 for the upper Noble.
Neither do we have lease prices yet. Leasing of course is the way you can shove back onto Omoda the risk of depreciation with a new brand.
If you're thinking of this car, you'd spend that extra £1,500 for the Noble. It brings you a heat pump, heated electric front seats, Sony sound, and dual-zone climate control.
It'll be sold through existing dealer chains, rather than directly by Omoda.
The whole car is warranted for seven years or 100,000 miles, and the battery for eight years and the same mileage, but only to 70 per cent capacity.
According to the Omoda website, if you drive one then you're an Omoder. Just saying.
