This is the best golf buggy in the world

Published: 03 Apr 2013

As Jeremy, Richard and James have already proved, if you sold your golf bats and polyester trousers, you'd have enough money to go rallycross racing. But if you drive a Lexus and insist on knocking balls into holes, you should at least buy one of these to navigate the course on.

It's a golf cart, but not as you know it. The funny little wheels have been replaced with proper hovercraft underpinnings, so it can glide over grass, sand, and water traps. It's also got the all the necessary stowage capacity for all your sticks, balls and friends. And because it floats on air, the footprint pressure is 33 times less than a human foot, so it doesn't ruin the green.

It's been developed by 34-year-old golf pro, Bubba Watson, who hopes it'll find a home on every major course. Would you take up golfing to have a burn in one? Or would you prefer the rallycross option instead?
