The Rezvani Beast is back, and this time it has over 1,000bhp

The California carmaker is heading back to its roots, with a lightweight mid-engined supercar

Published: 04 May 2022

California-based company Rezvani has spent the last couple of years building bomb and bulletproof armoured carssome with six wheels – but now it seems as though it’s heading back to its roots, with a new version of the Beast.

The first ever Beast arrived back in 2015 and was based on the Ariel Atom, but with a turbo and a supercharger for a cool 500bhp. Rezvani then decided this was far too tame, and so later in the same year the 700bhp Beast X was unveiled.

Then in 2018, the Lotus Elise-based Beast Alpha X Blackbird was shown off, again with 700bhp and this time weighing 975kg. Click these blue words to refresh your memory.

Now though, the Beast is back. Rezvani has only released the above teaser so far, but we do know that it’ll have a lightweight carbon fibre body and this time a twin-turbo, mid-mounted engine of some form. Oh, and it’ll have over 1,000bhp.
