Top Gear Africa Special: exclusive deleted scene!

Published: 30 May 2013

Mystifyingly, James May has yet to be honoured with his own statue in the British Museum following his historic discovery in this year’s Top Gear Africa Special. His Wikipedia page did briefly credit him as “the discoverer of the source of the Nile”, but even that appears to have been deleted.

Still, all you loyal Top Gear fans know the truth. And here, as James himself would say, is some GOOD NEWS! On Monday, another spanking new Top Gear DVD and Blu-Ray arrives in the shops both virtual and brick: an extended version of said Africa Special to own forever.

As well as the two-hour special, there’s over 20 minutes of unreleased footage. And as a gift to all you loyal TopGear.commers, here’s a completely unseen out-take below.

The boys have just arrived at the Equator, and Jeremy, as is his wont, decides to conduct a scientific experiment…

If you want to pre-order, the DVD is available here, and the Blu-Ray here.

Hope you all enjoy it. Not long now until series 20…
