Behold, the really yellow Lexus LC Limited Edition
Special version of new Lexus coupe also adds a diff and massive stereo
Lexus has announced a new version of its LC Coupe, and it’s called the ‘Limited Edition’. It is, in short, a yellow Japanese GT.
A special yellow, of course, dubbed Naples Yellow said to show off the LC’s lines. There’s even yellow for the Alcantara inserts in the door panels. And for the stitching on the white leather seats, dash, steering wheel and arm rest...
Do not ask us why Lexus has rolled out a special edition of its LC Coupe that is yellow and has yellow inserts. Handsomely styled coupes with big, naturally aspirated V8 engines and rear-wheel-drive rarely need much explanation. Especially in yellow.
To this yellowness, Lexus has also added bits from the LC Sport+ spec, including four-wheel steering and a Torsen limited-slip differential. And 21in forged alloys, an active rear spoiler in carbon-reinforced plastic and a really massive stereo.
No word on price, nor numbers, but this Limited Edition will make its debut at the Paris Motor Show later this year, on sale in November. It'll come in both the n/a V8 version, or the hybrid. You want the V8. Find out why, here.
