Video: the world’s longest Ferrari conga
We can't wait for Santa to drop the next issue of Guinness World Records down our chimney: it's set to be a bumper issue. We're in it, full-size Hot Wheels cars are in it, and now, if they get the all clear, Ferrari will be in it.
Last weekend at Ferrari Racing Days Silverstone, 964 Ferraris (a number more fitting for a Porsche parade) took to the home of British F1 circuit to beat the world record for ‘the biggest parade of Ferraris ever organised'. The previous record, set in Japan in 2008, stood at 490 cars. It's safe to say that this time they smashed it.
Felipe Massa - who once taught us the right way around Silverstone - lead the procession in a black 458 Spider and said, "It's a great honour for me to be here for such a special event, with so many cars all brought together on one racetrack, which produced an unprecedented spectacle for all Prancing Horse fans."
But internet, what's the collective noun for close to 1000 Ferraris? (Post your response in the comments box below).
