So long natural aspiration. Not as visceral as its predecessor, but still a fabulously good thing. Makes a nice noise too, despite the blowers.

No-one could accuse the big Mac of being dispassionate anymore. Lunatic speed from the 650S, with a ride and handling balance to shame the best. Simply epic.

Do not mistake this for a GT. Voluptuous bodywork and front engine disguise a two-seater that’s poised, precise and fun. V8S a hooligan, base V6 a touch sensible.

Aston fits epic V12 to smallest roadster. Results are predictable sonorous. Still a charmer, even if it is about a million years old now.
