Ride onboard the Lambo SCV12 for a lap of Imola

A few days back we got our first glimpse of Lamborghini’s new track-only hypercar, the SCV12. It uses the most powerful V12 Lambo has ever made, with 830bhp, and claims to have more downforce than a GT3 car. Which is just mad.

And now here’s your chance to see it in action. Proper action. Not a choppy Lambo promo video, but an unedited onboard of Emanuele Pirro giving it hell around a deserted Imola. Pirro, remember is a five-time Le Mans winner. So he knows what he’s doing.

Lambo says the Italian will tutor SCV12 owners at “some of the world’s most prestigious circuits” so they can get more out of their (probably) multi-million Euro racer.

The video also gives us a look at the SCV12’s interior, its slim steering wheel with integrated screen and shift lights, second info screen in the roof and architectural dashboard. And then there’s the noise, which is just mind-bendingly good. Pop your headphones in and turn it up LOUD.
