Listen to this hardcore Lamborghini race around the 'Ring
Pair of possible 'Superleggera' Huracáns spotted at the Nürburgring. Turn it up
You have to feel for the poor Mercedes-Benz S-Class at the start of the video above. Making progress around the tricky confines of the Nürburgring, it suddenly faces the proposition of not one, but two Lamborghini Huracán prototypes at full chat.
Yep, following on from our story last week about a potential Superleggera version of the Huracán undergoing testing, here is some video. And it looks just as banzai as when we first saw it.
Principally because on top of that ginormous wing, strangely hypnotic bodywork, centrally mounted exhaust and new front apron, there is also plenty of noise to get excited about. The benefits of a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10, obviously.
Power? A good guess - and using the template of the old Gallardo Superleggera - would be a modest increase on the standard Huracán's 602bhp. It'll also be pointier because of a weight reduction, Lamborghini having mastered the dark art of carbonfibre supercars. Should go from 0-62mph quicker than the standard car's 3.2secs. Probably.
Anyway, enough speculation. While we wait for official confirmation, hit play above and watch a pair of Lambos go wild in Germany.
