Man builds Fiesta Transformer

Well this seems like a decent use of a second-gen Ford Fiesta - turn it into something useful, like a sculpture.

The '88 Fiesta base was chosen because it was artist Hetain Patel's first car, and was created with help from his father, who converts vehicles to hearses for a living, and brother Pritum, an engineer.

And it's more than a frivolous pop culture reference. Patel says: "the car is not a high-powered sports car or truck transformed into a powerful warrior, but a small inexpensive Ford Fiesta transformed into a human-like figure calmly squatting. This posture forges a link between the lower classes in India and my immigrant family in the U.K, both of whom sit comfortably this way.
