Photo of the day: lots of Lamborghinis at Monza

This weekend, TGTV’s Chris Harris is racing a Bentley at Monza. Lots of GT3 cars battling it our around one of Europe’s hairiest circuits: that ought to be action-packed enough, right?

Nope. The support series for all those bewinged monsters is nigh on as dramatic. The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe is one of the event’s support series, and it kicked off in Italy yesterday with a 47-strong grid of Huracan Trofeo cars all vying for victory. Just imagine the noise…

The chequered flag was taken by a rookie, too: Dennis Lind won Saturday’s race one, the 23-year-old winning his first behind the wheel of the Lambo. Well done that man!
