You can now buy a 750bhp Shelby in the UK

You want a Ford F-150 Shelby Super Snake. Because who doesn’t want a ruddy 750bhp, supercharged V8 pick-up truck? Hell. Yeah. Etc.

Clive Sutton – a London based car dealership that's brought us tuned versions of the Mustang – has been appointed by Shelby as the official UK distribution… thingy. So if you want an official Shelby in the UK, you go to Sutton.

And you might have to get a move on. Only 500 F-150 Super Snakes will be built, and only two are coming to the UK, each costing £120,000. For that quite considerable outlay, you do get a 31,000-mile warranty, sat nav upgraded to Euro spec (handy, that), and the choice of left or right-hand drive. You'll want the latter.

There’s also the not-so-small matter of the 750bhp Mustang Super Snake too. You probably want one of those as well. And Sutton will also continue to offer the GT350 and GT350 R Mustangs, too; they’ve just delivered the first UK-bound GT350 R to a customer.
