Tuners have modified the AMG GT
This isn't the new Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series. We know we'll be getting one at some point in the future - AMG's big boss told TG as much - but this isn't it.
What it is, is a bodykitted AMG GT from the people over at German Special Customs. In Germany. And on first impressions, it looks like a Black Series had a fight with a GT3 racer.
Of course, we know the AMG GT will go racing, too, so the mods aren't that far fetched. GSC's GT gets a revised front bumper, modified headlights, wider side sills, a new rear bumper and of course, the obligatory monster rear wing. Oh, and so lovely new wheels.
There has been nothing said of this car's engine upgrades, so we'd assume the stock, twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 pushing out 510bhp in the ‘S' version, or 462bhp in the ‘basic' GT.
Whaddya reckon? As mentioned, AMG boss Tobias Moers confirmed to TopGear.com that a hardcore Black Series version is on the cards, as well as many more variants of the new GT, so stay tuned.
Reckon this one looks better than last year's entirely unofficial Black Series AMG GT render we saw?
