Prior Design wants the VW ID. Buzz to look like this…

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz may not have been around all that long, but that hasn’t stopped several tuning companies from cooking up plans for modified examples.

Norwegian firm Zyrus Engineering was the first on our radar back in August last year, and now there are the above renders from Germany’s Prior Design.

This is certainly a striking Buzz, to say the least. Like Zyrus, Prior plans to paint the usually body-coloured front grille black. It’s also proposing adding a sharp front lip, extended side skirts, a rear diffuser and a range-bashing roof-mounted rear wing. 

Oh, and then there are the turbofan wheels. Fantastic, aren’t they? There’s no word on how big they are, but they fill the arches with a little bit of help from a suspension drop.

Prior says it could start building the kit at some point this year, so come on then Buzz fans – would you want yours to look like this?
