Mansory says this Ferrari F8 Spider is a ‘one of one’ creation… phew
The F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese is a mashup of marbled carbon fibre and turquoise leather
Tell your eyes not to worry themselves too much, as thankfully this latest Mansory creation is a one-off and won’t ever be repeated. Phew, we reckon looking at it once is enough for anyone.
It’s called the F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese, which means it’s based on Mansory’s usual modified Ferrari F8 Spider but has the rather apt Italian nickname of ‘Turquoise Storm’.
And there really is a whole lot of turquoise going on. Just get a look at that interior. Even the branded seatbelts and the leather floor mats are dyed in the eponymous colour. Oh, and are those the largest paddle shifters ever deployed in any car? We think they might be.
The exterior gets yet more turquoise in the form of paint that fades to white up front, and there’s even a turquoise racing stripe. There’s Mansory’s full F8XX bodykit too which is made from forged carbon fibre and seemingly leaves no surface of the original F8 Spider untouched.
And of course, the 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 hasn’t escaped the tuner treatment either. It gets an increase to 868bhp and 708lb ft of torque thanks to a new ECU and an exhaust upgrade. As a result, top speed ends up at a wig-worrying 220mph and the 0-62mph sprint can be dispatched in 2.6 seconds.
“A unique piece of art,” is how Mansory describes its creation. A one-off 'piece of art', thankfully.
