Maserati Quattroporte news - Fattroporte - 2009

Published: 13 May 2009

This is the Padilla Quattroporte limo. It’s a 10-seater stretcher which takes Maserati’s four-door… no, hang on a sec. We need a moment.

WhatTheBloodyHellWereYouThinkingYouTerribleTerriblePeople?

That’s better. Anyhow, as we were saying, the QP limo is based on the lovely Italian four-door supersaloon, sliced in half down the B-pillar and extended with approximately 114 feet of extra bodywork.

It’ll be used for… no, give us a tick.

WhyWhyForTheLoveOfGodWouldYouDoSuchAHatefulThing?

OK, we’re good. The QP limo will be used to ferry broods of cackling prom queens and hens (the inflatable penis-wielding variety, not the avian variety) around Florida, which hasn’t had a recorded alligator death in over a year.

The QP limo will join Padilla’s tasteful stretched fleet, which includes a giant Cadillac Escalade, Bentley Continental and Hummer. Given the fuss that Ferrari kicked off about that stretched F430, we can’t imagine the Italians will be much more impressed with this one.

On the plus side… sorry, it’s no use.
