Kia Soul news - Our Soul: surprisingly big - 2008
Prior to its debut at the Paris motor show in October, Kia has released a few more images of its crossovering segment-busting Soul.
And it looks, well, square. Square and tall. Despite the slightly SUV-ish styling, the Soul will be strictly front-wheel drive, and likely to be powered by 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engines.
It's a five-seater that, surprisingly, is a touch larger than the similarly niche-creating Nissan Qashqai.
Kia is hyping up the customisability (yes, it's a word) of the Soul - in London, it'll show off three Soul-based concepts with different 'themes'. Can't wait.
The Soul will go on sale later this year, with prices expected to be similar to the Cee'd. We'll find out in the next few months whether it's hip to be square.
