Wince for longer than is advisable as Tom Bailey's Cooper-Maserati disappears into the grass

Published: 18 Sep 2015

We've often suspected that motor racing could learn a thing or two from golf, and today proves that point.

Pastor Maldonado would be proud.

The Richmond and Gordon Trophies race - which pits front-engined Maserati 250Fs against rear-enginged counterparts from Cooper and Lotus - showcases F1 cars from the 1954-1960 era.
