Hyundai has turned the glorious N Vision 74 into an RC car
Fancy a drifty radio-controlled car that looks like it’s from the future? Hyundai now has you covered
Remember the Hyundai N Vision 74? We actually drove Hyundai’s 670bhp hydrogen hybrid prototype back in September 2022, and since then we’ve been willing Hyundai to build the thing.
And now it has. Well, kind of. You see, this is the new N Vision 74 RC car.
Yep, you can finally drive Hyundai’s Pony-inspired two-door sports car, but rather than operating a steering wheel and pedals you’ll have to do it in your living room with a pistol-shaped controller.
Looks like you’ll still be able to drift though. Hyundai’s promo video for the little RC car shows it with some serious negative camber on the front axle, and there are some excellent mini skids as a result.
Unfortunately, the dinky N Vision 74 is only available in South Korea right now and we don’t actually have any of the RC car specs available. Still, we do know that it’ll cost 498,000 South Korean won (just under £300) and that sales will be “expanded to other markets in the future”. Come on Hyundai, just make the real thing already…
