Bugatti Galibier revisions push it closer to production

Bugatti boss, Wolfgang Dürheimer, tells Top Gear that the monstrous 1000bhp Galibier four-door is getting closer to production.

The initial concept - which you can see in all its wondrousness here - was billed by Bugatti as the ultimate luxury transport. Though it's since been subject to some interior feng shui for more rear legroom and is back with the subsidiary's parent company, Volkswagen Group, for approval.

And the price for such fastidious attention to detail? Dürheimer didn't give us a figure, but says it'll cost more than the £1,065,000 Veyron. Yikes.
