Student owns 30 supercars

Published: 07 Sep 2010

The supercars you see above are just a handful of exotics owned by one person.

In total, the collection equates to around £4.5m. Which is fine. Perfectly fine. After all, lots of wealthy individuals have glorious supercar collections.

Thing is, this collection belongs to a 21-year-old who hasn't even finished university yet.

Welcome to the world of Dhiaa Al-Essa - son of an incredibly wealthy Arab businessman and owner of the world's finest supercars.

Count 'em; he owns a Rolls Coupe and Phantom; two Range Rovers; three Lambos (Gallardo, Gallardo Superleggera, Murcielago LP640); five Ferraris (F430, F430 Novitec Rosso, 599, 458 Italia, California); five Porsches (997 Turbo, 997 GT3 RS, 997 Turbo Spyder, Cayenne Turbo, Panamera Turbo); a Bentley Conti GT; five Mercedes (McLaren SLR, S65 AMG, G55 AMG, E63 AMG, CL65 AMG); four BMWs (M5, X6M, X5M, 760LI); two Audis (R8, A8); a Lexus LS460 and Maybach 62.

Not enough? Of course not! He's reportedly ordered a Koenigsegg Agera, a Ferrari 599 GTO roadster and a Bugatti Veyron.

Says our man: "The McLaren SLR is my favourite. I love the way it looks and drives, and it's also been reliable for a car out in the 50-degree temperature."

You have to feel sorry for the poor chap, though. His two-week-old Ferrari 458 was burned to a cinder during a massive fire at Heathrow Airport.

Envy is a cruel mistress. And we shall not succumb to her petty, poisonous advances. By the way, did we mention we've got a WORLD EXCLUSIVE look at the SUPER EXPENSIVE and NEVER BEFORE SEEN Ultimate Aero SSC II in next month's mag? Just thought we'd mention it.

So, Al-Essa's money, your choice - what's in your dream garage? And this includes anything, old or new...
