The stars of the London Motor Show

The first motor show in the capital for eight years kicked off last weekend

  • Do you like shade? And air-con? Good. The London Motor Show - the first to be held in the capital for eight years - kicked off last weekend, promising both of these things.

We jest of course, because outside of the coolness, there were a host of cars on display. In fact, over 40 car manufacturers and 130 models were wheeled into the Battersea Evolution centre for the show, with HRH Prince Michael of Kent on hand to officially open the doors.

You'll know about one of these cars already, as we got our first glimpse at the all-new TVR sports car. Though TVR refused to fully reveal it, a model of the car was actually in attendance, and we got to see a sketch of its new face. So, y'know, we're getting there.

Couldn't make it down? Fear not. We have a gallery of images from the show, so have a click through...
