Prince Harry has now met Land Rover’s new baby
Busy week for the Duke of Sussex. First he meets Archie, now the new Defender
Poor Meghan. The first few days back at home changing the nappies of her and Prince Harry’s newborn Archie, and he’s nabbed the first excuse to get out on work duties.
Having a snoop around Land Rover’s new baby, no less. This is Harry – plus a camouflaged new Defender – at the launch of the 2020 Invictus Games, which JLR has long had a relationship with, even extending to an Invictus team racing a Jaguar F-Type in the British GT Championship.
If you’re new to the Invictus Games, they’re a sporting event created by Harry for wounded or sick veterans and members of the armed services to compete in. And this time next year, those competitors will get a fairly exclusive go in that Defender, “when they tackle the Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge for the opening medals of the Games” according to JLR.
The Invictus Games will be held in May 2020 in The Hague. Wonder if Meghan will have forgiven Harry by then…
