Interior
What is it like on the inside?
Kia has treated the GT to the full hot-hatch smorgasbord of add-ons: red stitching, deep hip-hugging seats, metal scuff plates. Despite all that, it still feels a trifle dark in the cabin, with too much sophisticated black plastic and not quite enough sporty hot hatch flair.
The neatest touch is the GT’s full TFT cluster display, which flips between two modes through a button on the steering wheel. One of the modes includes a turbo boost gauge, which serves little practical purpose but will make you very happy.
