Watch the full trailer for the new Senna miniseries

So here it is, the full teaser trailer for the six-part Ayrton Senna drama coming to Netflix next month.

In it we catch a snapshot of every stage of Senna’s life as a racer, from pretending to drive a car as a nipper to his debut at Toleman, his move to Lotus, his world championships at McLaren and of course the final tragic stint at Williams.

Directed by Vicente Amorim, it stars Gabriel Leone as the Brazilian legend and features Matt Mella as Alain Prost and Johannes Heinrichs as Niki Lauda, plus several other figures from both F1 and Senna’s inner circle of family and friends.

On first glance the attention to detail looks superb, although… some of the action sequences seem to have more than a hint of CGI about them.
