What’s Top Gear magazine’s Car of the Year 2017?
Out now: our shiny new awards issue. PLUS: free supercar calendar and much more
Ladies and gentlemen, may we present to you Top Gear magazine’s very best cars of 2017.
Yup, our shiny new Awards issue is out today, featuring the year’s finest four-wheeled offerings. And we’ve been spoilt for choice: little, punchy things like the Volkswagen Up GTI, to big, very punchy things like the Bugatti Chiron, McLaren 720S and Ford GT. Fair to say 2017 will go down as one of the more exciting years in the automotive world.
But what was the very finest car we picked for 2017? Scroll down for the full list below. You’ll need to pick up a copy of the new issue for much, much more: exclusive pictures and the full story on each winner, where we explain why we picked it, with several adventures along the way.
There’s more in the new Awards issue too. You get a free supercar calendar for 2018, and we round up the month’s biggest news stories including the new Aston Martin Vantage, Lambo Terzo Millenio, Honda’s little Sports EV and the mighty Corvette ZR1.
Then there’s your usual monthly musings from Mr Chris Harris and Mr Rory Reid, and a guest column from a certain Christian von Koenigsegg. Also, real-life MARIO KART happens.
We also review the cars that matter, including the new Jaguar E-Pace, Tesla Model S P100D, Mercedes-AMG E63 S, Jaguar XJR 575, Volkswagen T-Roc, Aston Vantage AMR Pro, and the Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport. And more, of course...
