New Top Gear magazine names the coolest cars ever

In the new edition of TopGear magazine, we’ve brought together the indisputable 149 coolest cars of all time. Yep, 149. Precisely.

Featuring everything from the BMW’s brand-new ultra-cool Hommage R to the fearsome Pagani Zonda LM, the list includes hypercars, supercars, real-world cars, racing cars, off-roaders, land-speed record-holders, concepts and one-offs.

So how did we whittle down our definitive, entirely unarguable list? A combination of science and shouting. In the TG office, there was much exchanging of insults, but we did manage to come up with our definitive top ten. We also spoke to the new face of TGTV, Chris Evans, who whittled down his dream garage to just ten.

Our followers on TopGear.com also voted to give us their top ten. Unsurprisingly no one seemed to agree on anything. What do you reckon?
