New TG mag: Aventador vs Corvette Z06
The June issue of TopGear magazine is here, and it sees Italy and the USA going head-to-head in a high-horsepower battle.
Yes, our cover stars are the Corvette Z06 convertible and the Lamborghini Aventador LP700 Roadster - two cars from the very wildest end of the cabrio sphere. Both deliver on the looks front, both are ridiculously fast... but with the Corvette costing a staggering £233k less than the Lambo, can it possibly it compare? We go on a road trip stateside to find out.

Keeping with the Europe vs USA theme, our next challenge sees the Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 GT take on the Audi TT 2.0 TFSI. With the welcome arrival of the Mustang in Europe, can it compete with our favourite coupe?
Tom Ford takes the Mercedes-AMG GT S away from its comfort zone of smooth German roads to the tough tarmac of the UK to see what it's really made of. Then the AMG GT meets up with its sports car rivals, the Porsche 911 Turbo and BMW i8, for an all-German showdown in Blighty.
Back in the world of cabrios, we head to Devon for a shootout between the newly turbocharged Ferrari California T against the twin-turbo Porsche 911 Turbo. Then it's off to the Nurburgring to report on the Seat Leon Cupra ST's record-breaking lap, and ask whether 'Ring times mean anything at all.
Our story of TopGear Telly by Andy Wilman continues, this month revealing the story behind ambitious, not rubbish, features from over the years. We also reflect on the legacy of Ferdinand Piëch, the man responsible for the Audi quattro, Porsche 917, Bugatti Veyron and Volkswagen XL1.
We take first looks at the Citroen Aircross concept and the 500bhp Peugeot 308 R, drive the world's fastest tank and visit the Shanghai 2015 Motor Show to see if a revolution has begun. (It has.)
We've also reviewed all the cars that matter this month, including the Vauxhall Corsa VXR, Jaguar XE, Ford S-Max, Ford C-Max, Renault Espace, Skoda Superb, Audi RS3 and Volkswagen Golf R Estate.
All this, and a bunch of ramblings from a couple of chaps named May and Hammond.
The June issue of TopGear magazine is available now.
