Waste hours on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan configurator

How silly can you make Rolls' first SUV look?

Published: 22 May 2018

Knowing Rolls-Royce, however many new heavyset Cullinan SUVs it manages to sell, no two will ever emerge from the Goodwood factory looking exactly alike. The possibilities – even without getting the ‘Bespoke’ department involved – are basically endless.

Which is why we urge extreme caution before clicking on these words, and visiting the just-launched Cullinan configuarator. You could lose days to it. Ignore the pre-loaded “Inspired Specs” and you’re met with a never-ending stream of choices – especially for the interior – covering everything from what colour you want the inside of the door pockets to be, to exactly how you want your Spirit of Ecstasy illuminated.

Our preferred spec is a subtle one. Dark exterior – with all the opulence saved for within. But there’s no fun in being sensible, not when you’ve got a massive colour-pallet, a vivid imagination and limitless fake money - hence the beige-ness of our creation. Have a click through the gallery to see the fruits of our labours, then tell us how useless we’ve been in the comments.
