In pictures: Pagani's glorious 2022 'Vanishing Point' tour

Dreaming of an Italian escape? Allow Pagani to paint a picture. A noisy, V12-engined, picture

Published: 18 Jul 2022

Naming an owners' tour after a cult Seventies movie about a car delivery driver is very Pagani; a brand that operates outside the normal maxims and restrictions of the motoring universe. It's just completed the latest in its series of Vanishing Point tours, and it's the postcard we all need.

Indeed, it's the 17th 'Pagani Raduno', featuring 27 cars twisting and snaking their way through impressive Italian landscapes right up to the peak of the Great St Bernard pass. Along the way the tour took in some art history (how very Pagani) via Castello Gamba, the breathtaking Aosta Valley, the rolling hills of Piemonte and a photoshoot outside the Villa Reale in Monza (see pic no 1 above).

And seeing as they're at the 'Temple of Speed', be rude not to have a little dabble on track, no? Yes, we too are currently wondering what a phalanx of V12s revving to 9,000rpm on the same bit of tarmac sounds like.
