How would you spec your perfect Porsche 911 S/T?

Porsche launches perhaps the ultimate 911’s configurator. TG office productivity drops dramatically

Published: 07 Aug 2023

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again – Porsche is really very good at making configurators. It’s pretty darn good at making cars too come to think of it, and the latest 911 S/T sounds very special indeed.

You can click here to read the full story about this latest 992-gen iteration, but the main headlines are as follows: it uses the 518bhp 4.0-litre flat-six from the GT3 RS and pairs that with a six-speed manual gearbox. It’s been on a very strict diet, so it weighs just 1,380kg. Oh, and it’s probably going to be really difficult to actually get hold of one.

Still, we can all dream, and what better way than by playing on the configurator? Porsche has always been the king of the options list, so there are loads of different boxes for you to tick on the S/T. Plus you can even delve into the world of Paint to Sample colours. Gulf Orange, Sepia Brown or Linden Green tickling anyone’s fancy?

And then there’s the big choice of whether you would go for the ‘Heritage Design Package’ that celebrates 60 years of the 911. That adds white wheels, an exclusive ‘Classic Cognac’ interior colour, historic Porsche logos and the option of different graphics down the side of the car.
