How do you celebrate 70 years of Ferrari? A tour of Essex

Seventy years is a milestone worth celebrating – a literal lifetime of achievements, low points, high points, failures and success.

And, when the successes are as outstanding as Ferrari’s, it’s worth an extra-special shindig. 

That could be why you would have noticed that streets and roads across Essex were lined with fans. It could also have been to catch a glimpse of specific Ferrari achievements such as the LaFerrari Aperta or 250 SWB. Hey, we’re not judging. 

In all, 108 Ferraris (and, presumably, their owners) toured the eastern parts of our fair country, mirroring worldwide celebrations of Enzo Ferrari’s little racing team and what it became – including this one in London, actually. 

In the interests of sounding even slightly Italian, here’s to 70 years, and we look forward to celebrating a Salute cent'anni.
