New clips from ‘Rush’
After almost two years worth of teasers, clips, stills and interviews, we're nearly at the start line (ahem) for the release of Ron Howard's Formula One movie Rush.
Not heard of it? You're one of literally eight people on earth who haven't, then. It's the story of the 1976 F1 championship battle between McLaren's James Hunt and Ferrari's Niki Lauda, with that horrific Nürburgring crash thrown into the mix.
And now, because the premiere is upon us, we've just been given these new clips for more appetite whetting malarkey. You should be suitably ravenous by this point.
The first is straight from the film, a segment where James and Niki go head to head while signing autographs, James using all his powers of subtlety to refer to Lauda as a 'rat', while the second is the actors themselves - that's Daniel Brühl and Chris Hemsworth - getting some tutorials on driving a lightweight go-kart with a rocket shoehorned in the rear.
