Watch Vettel and Raikkonen hoon the Giulia Quadrifoglio

Kimi Raikkonen's had four podium finishes so far this year, but it hasn't been enough to make the big man smile. Alfa, clearly sensing his malaise, strapped him and his teammate Vettel into a pair of Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglios; the car Top Gear magazine declared the best of 2016.

Add in a third Giulia driven by reserve driver Antonio Giovinazzi, free reign over the Balocco test track, and you get three really quite handy human beings doing something quite fun.

The art of sideways.

The video above was filmed by Alfa as a tribute to its FCA stablemate Ferrari, marking last weekend’s Italian GP. And we can report that the Giulia Quadrifoglio, complete with a 503bhp turbo 2.9-litre V6 and many wonderful noises actually made Kimi Raikkonen smile.
