Watch the Pug 208 T16 in action

We've been getting dangerously excited about the arrival of this deliciously insane Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak racer, but thus far our experiences of it have been a bit one dimensional. But now, thanks to a Frenchman, a mobile phone, and some keenly priced video editing software, we can hear it smashing around the undulating Pau-Arnos circuit, France.

That's not Seb driving, though - the video, which was shot on the 24th of last month, shows 30-year-old GT3 driver, Grégory Guilvert, on piloting duties. Which actually sounds like quite a terrifying task when you remember, this car weighs 875kg and has 875bhp...
